How to do Business with Us

VENDOR REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
Prior to us doing business with your company you will need to register as a vendor with our school district. Vendor registration is a free service (select the Agency Free application). During the registration process you will need to upload your:
- IRS Form W-9
- E-Verify Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with your E-Verify number.
If you have questions about e-verify.gov, please contact e-verify.gov directly at 888-464-4218 or visit their webpage for a video on how to enroll.
While we are eager to do business with you, our policy requires a purchase order be in place before any purchases can be made, or any services are received. We will need you to register as soon as possible so we can issue you a purchase order. Please be aware that finishing the vendor registration process on our end sometimes takes several days. Once your purchase order is approved, you will be provided with a copy so you can then proceed with the order/service(s).
