Seahawk Shoutout Last Season
Our Cross Country team had a BIG week and left a mark in Tallahassee as well as PSJ. Tuesday, October 4th, the Middle School team ran in the Crusader Classic in Tallahassee where Addy Paul came in 7th, qualifying her for the state meet!
On Wednesday, October 5th, the team ran at PSJ and Josiah Friddle (Sophomore) came in 2nd, Addy Paul (8th Grade) came in 3rd, and Bella Polous (7th Grade) came in 4th, receiving their fastest times of the season!
We are proud of all of our athletes as many of them continue to beat their personal records and would encourage all students & athletes to foster a love for running as it will improve their overall health & performance in their chosen sport.
