Franklin County hosted the cross country district race yesterday, October 24th, and both Seahawk teams will advance to the regional competition.
There are 18 teams that make up our district that spans all the way to Pensacola. Franklin County girls placed 10th and boys placed 7th. This is the second year in a row for the boys' team and the second time in our school's history for the girls. Regionals will take place at The Oaks Equestrian Center in Lake City next Saturday, November 2nd.
"We had a lot of personal records achieved during the races with a standout performance from middle schooler, Reece Juno," commented Coach Hathcock.
