Beta Club Gives Back

On Nov. 26, 2019, Franklin County High School Beta Club donated a check to the FCS Backpack Buddy program.

Club BETA Club Gives to Back Back Buddy Program members raised $300 from a Krispy Kreme doughnut sale to assist the program in meeting the needs of our students.

The Franklin County School Nutrition Association sponsors this amazing program to confidentially provide backpacks with food to students in need. Each Friday, students enrolled in the program will receive a backpack to take home which is filled with nutritious food and snacks. Backpacks are then returned to the school on Monday and refilled each week.

This program relies upon donations and on average serves 60 students each year. Monetary or non-perishable food donations are accepted. For more information on how you can support this program please contact Mrs. Terry Hilton at or by dialing 850.670.2800x1704.
